Upon requesting counsel, we provide a fee proposal or engagement letter. This document details: the scope of action, the activities to be performed, the excluded services, the estimated duration, and the fees with any fixed caps.

Fee Policy
Algoritmo Legal offers four fee structures depending on the client's specific needs.
1. Fixed Hourly Rate
You only pay for the time required. A single, pre-agreed hourly rate. There are no differences based on seniority.
2. Fixed Monthly Retainer
Ideal for recurring legal services over a year. A fixed monthly fee with no hour limit. Custom plans.
3. Fixed-Price Fee
A single fixed price for a project. It is independent of the time spent. Suitable for very specific matters.
4. Success Fee
A percentage tied to the outcome. It is combined with an initial fixed fee. Applicable in complex judicial proceedings.
